Karen Gilmore

Hello there! My name is Karen Gilmore and I am a 2nd year graduate student in the process of obtaining my license in Mental Health Counseling. Considering my value of the therapeutic relationship, I would like us to take an active approach toward emotional exploration, seeking understanding and awareness. I am an attentive listener and I incorporate aspects of psychodynamic and client-centered theories.  I have extensive experience helping children and would love to support people of all ages.
