Just like most of you, I’ve had my fair share of tribulations, but I found hope with knowing others too have accomplished victory in their life, so can I. I’m a
firm believer that we go through challenges and are better because of them, not in spite of them.
My therapy approach supports self-awareness, understanding of healthy boundaries, and a growth mindset. This all takes courage and vulnerability. My goal is to provide a warm, non-judgmental environment. This can happen through facing and healing our troubles with honesty, kindness, and compassion- and transmuting them into our purpose and strengths.
